👍👍 The friendly giant on the door that had spiders in his beard for Halloween is the best! I've seen him working here a few times before and he always makes me feel so welcome, even if I don't end up buying anything. Such a champ!

👍 This is the best Harvey Norman. Since the renovations, there wheelchair access is awesome. This shop is full of bargains.

😠 Walked into the Cairns store 5/3/22 to buy a single mattress, told sorry they are in Brisbane but ETA is 2 weeks. Accepted and paid for the item. I followed up by phone 3 weeks later after checking on a separate online order I had placed - part of that was in but the mattress had only just arrived...

😠 Had a problem with a large furniture item. Build quality wasn't that great. I had to visit the store three times, only to be told on the third visit that I should write an email to the store manager.Over two months later, and I am still waiting for a reply. Seems like no one is interested in dealing...
