👍 "So much stuff" Great selection of food. you've going be surprised. This place is heaven for me. I could literally be here. I just want it all day. They've got so much stuff even if you don't end up buying anything. It's worth just going in there because it's like a museum in a sense.

😠 We are not going back to Coles Cairns Central. I refuse to a self-service checkout. I'm not employed by Coles, and since there was only one cashier open with a huge queue, I am not willing to go back. Customer service at its poorest! I can't wait for Aldi in 2 years to come to Cairns.

😐 Great location if you live, or are on holiday, in the northern beaches but my two main grievances with this store are that not enough checkouts are open, and too often the shelves are depleted of stock. Two easy fixes you would think.

👍 All Coles outlets are fairly similar. This one is fairly well stocked and has a lot of stock turnover, so I like it. All the staff are cool.

🫤 Located in a convenient location but unfortunately many shelves showed stock shortage - ?? We are NOT even in lockdown, which the panic buying might trigger this type of presentation.
