😠 With reluctance 1 star for terrible telephone service on the direct line. Would have preferred no stars. 😠 Rude staff (especially teller!). Was waiting to see a bank officer and my turn in queue got skipped. Got told to wait until 10 when MAYBE I would be able to see an officer. Save your patience and go to another branch.
