👍👍 Newly retired, I joined F45 as I set myself a goal to work on my fitness and I knew about F45 from my children. I really enjoy tje classes and can already see results after only 2 weeks. The coaches are super helpful and are always there to correct or show alternatives if the they see you struggle.
