👍👍 Visited specifically to see the Diamond Valley Railway. Eltham Lower Park is a beautiful setting for this very popular attraction. Oval, picnic area, walking trails. Was good to see the enormous amount of new planting that had been carried out. Great place to have a walk and take in the fresh air.

👍👍 The pump track is great and fun for primary school kids. Highly recommended if your kids love cycling.

👍 Mostly wheelchair assessable, has and MLAK operated wheelchair swing, a large rope swing and a full support seat version of the flying Fox which I loved but didn’t have an MLAK key for the wheelchair swing, the signage says to go to the zoo up the road to get one but they where closed and not answer...

👍👍 A great place for bird photographers. The place is full of native fauna. If you go there right now, you might get lucky and see scarlet myzomela.

👍👍 Went there to find Gang Gang cockatoos. A lifer for me. And it did not disappoint me. I found it munching on hawthorne barriers not far from the entrance. And found some red rumped parrots, a bonus.

👍👍 Beautiful park. Occasionally the kangaroos escape like this big boy here on omeara parade. I guess he has it the right way around.

👍👍 Had my daughters birthday party here at the park. Set up a high tea under one of the gazebos, it was perfect. Then took the kids to visit and feed the animals which they absolutely loved! The staff were super friendly and the guinea pigs were very cuddly!

👍👍 Montmorency Park Playground is a delightful small/medium size playground. With activities suitable for a children aged 1-12, and drunk children aged 16+. There is also a BBQ, a Basketball ring, and two large sports ovals.
