😠 While most of the doctors I have seen have been ok, the service in regards to on time appointments is absolutely appalling. To be left waiting for over two hours is not acceptable patient care. What a shame

👍👍 Bulk billing is fantastic and although only one Dr I never feel rushed. Also the best thing is the waiting time is not excessive like other practices, no more than 10 minutes over the booked appointment time.

😠 This is NOT open until 9! I travelled 30 minutes to come for urgent medical advice to have the cleaner tell me it’s closed. Apparently people rock up every night because google says it’s open until 9pm. Even the intercom at the door says call but clearly no one was there.
