👍👍 Chris was very professional. He got my approval first to do a Trigger POint type massage and explained how it was done. He communicated throughout the massage to check the amount of pressure and if he had hit the sore areas. Recommend him.

👍👍 I always have a GREAT experience with Carolina Rodrigues classes. She is a wonderful teacher with lots of energy and creative exercise. Every class is different and she encourages us to do the exercise in the right way with lots of challenges. I can see a big difference in my body!!

👍👍 I googled massages near me this morning and came across this place, had a massage today and it was great! So relaxing I didn’t think it would help my sore muscles but it has- she is gentle but very effective. Will book again for next week and try a deep tissue, but I don’t think I need it!

This yoga practice has been very beneficial to me, both physically & emotionally. It gives me a sense of peace & calm, whilst being a great workout for my aching body....
