👍👍 Went to buy a coat for winter and the sales assistant Lauren was so helpful, she was so knowledgeable about jackets and educated me fully on zips. Her style advice was second to none she is an employee you need to value and give a raise to 👍🏼

😠 Can’t fault the service - there is none. Friday 2pm 15 Jan 2021 I was in the shop for 5mins, 2 staff and 0 other customers. No one approached me, acknowledged me or anything. Was ready to buy 2 bikes. Not spending my money here. It seems like they get a lot of good reviews so maybe it’s just me....
