😠 Was at Kmart tonight 21December around 10pm. Blonde lady at the counter was rude acting like a Karen. She took her name badge off but her colleague said her name was Saffi. Get her out of there 😂

😠 Sadly terrible experience here. Was excited to look at their boots, went in and the only two staff members were being busy behind their counter. I had to ask them for help to find a boot, the lady said what we have is out there abd waved at the display... I said I am looking for this boot in partic...

👍 The staff are really helpful and use the products. They happily recommended what they preferred. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the store feels cramped.

😠 Forget to take the security tag off my clothing, they asked for the receipt but left at home, i said i will return with the recipt or my myer one card with the infomation, they tried to steal it back untill I arrived with the recipt, they made a simple mistake but then try to accuse me of stealing...

🫤 I love CR, but this shop has the worst customer service. More than 20 mins waiting for someone to help. Only 2 customers in the shop and I was the second!!!
