Dog Friendly Beach - Brighton image

Dog Friendly Beach - Brighton
Beach
👍 Good to see lots of happy dogs socialising and running on the beach and wading through the shallow water. Most of the owners do pick up after their pets. However, do watch where you step as there are some owners who leave their doggy poo for others to pick or step on.

👍👍 🔆When there’s not many options for dog friendly beaches. 🔅This has to be the most busiest and nicest beach on the southeasterly side of Melbourne. 🔆Highly recommend to take your doggo

👍👍 Half Moon bay is a great spot for photography, especially aerial photography. The old HMAS Cerberus is a great subject to shoot from the air. It's good for sunset too. You also have the old cliffs which look great from above. There are some good fish and chips at the kiosk near the pier and boat ram...

Dog Friendly Beach - Tassells Cove
Beach
👍👍 This is a beautiful beach to come to with your dog/s! But the amount of people I see letting their dogs poo everywhere and not pick it up... it won't be nice for much longer. PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG or don't come here at all! It's unfair to the rest of us who clean up after our pooches and try to kee...

😐 We have a great time with family on the beach. But really this Beach need more attention to get fix a bit for better. Need steps to go down the beach on the other side of the beach. Not clean clear ocean. Too much seashells and dead seaweeds on shores will be nice if all these clean out. Need more c...

Dog Beach
Beach
👍 Beautiful location with convenient facilities. Quite busy, but plenty of space for every human and pup! The sand is filled with small, pointy fragments of shells. They don't hurt to walk on, but it does make the texture of the sand quite rough. The sand is also very loose, and it is quite difficult...

Rye Ocean Beach
Beach
👍👍 Lovely beach for a stroll and to get away from the busier beaches closer to Melbourne. Very spacious with a big enough car park and toilet facilities. The sounds of the waves are great and good for a bit of more secluded surfing. Beaches are clean with a mixture of terrain (some rocky parts and plen...

Dog Friendly Beach Sandringham Harbour

👍👍 Best dog beach in the area. Much cleaner than Brighton and I feel more comfortable getting in (to my calves) with my dog because of this. So many friends and lots of parking! It’s always a great day when we go to the doggy beach.

Rye Beach
Beach
👍👍 Best beach for the summer. It’s got a pier to jump off, delicious food on the main road and even once found a gummy shark that’s been washed up. Sometimes you can even find friendly sting rays in the clear water. There’s nothing like going to rye on a 30 degree day. It’s so nice!

👍👍 Sorento Beach is awesome! Perfect for a walk, picnic, or a splash in calm waters. Heads up: parking's tough on busy days. Great for families with kids – the shallow water stays warm and peaceful, even when it's windy. Lots of shady spots, grass, benches, and clear water. Super nice place!

👍👍 While we cannot get out much just now, Victoria's beaches are some of the best. My faves are Carrum Rocks, and also Seaford, because they are accessible to me. The beach is my happy place!
