🫤 Pros The Reception staff offer a very npersonal service and have been accomodation when squeezing our children in for last minute appointments. Cons They charge very high rates. Yesterday I was charged $85 for a 5 min check up on my daughter who had a fever and a sore throat. No referral or script...

😠 Always late... prepare yourself to wait around 1 hour every time. If you don't hate yourself and have a bit of respect for your time, please go somewhere else... it's worth the price. You come with a flu, you leave with a headache... not to mention you have to wait a week or two for the appointment....

😠 The centre is now closed and all files have been sent to Broadmeadow medical centre. Thanks for NOT letting your patients know. What a joke.

😠 Appointment cancelled with 30 minutes notice. Offer to reschedule for 1 month later. Great thanks. Not that I needed that appointment today. What was once a good surgery has sadly decline significantly in recent years. Oh and don't bother trying to call them. Longer wait times then Telstra.
