😠 Few poor experiences here. The first was a desensitised, cold and aloof consultation for the covid vaccine. Today, another poor experience. Waited 50 mins for an appointment (such a lack of respect for an individuals time!) and then the consult lasted a few mins and was barely helpful! Really upset...
