😠 Everytime we go there is something wrong. Takes 20+ mins to even get your food. Then half of your order is cold. You request to take sometime off and they still put it on there. Maybe have some actual adult in store to help the workers.

😐 Service was alright however, the chips have no taste to them. The scallops I received was overcooked on the outside and uncooked on the inside. It’s really a simple fix, oil in the fryer is too hot. As someone who works with that stuff I know the problem. Service was great, food could be improved

😠 The bloke who served me (I presume is the owner) needs to learn some basic customer service skills. No hello, no smile, no thank you. Soggy chips & heavily salted. I struggled to finish mine. The fish he used was frozen & not fresh, as one would expect in a fish & chips place.

😠 absolutely discusting service. 1 serving of chicken chips was 5 small little chips and she had a problem putting them in a seperate bag. the chips had NO salt and tasted like they were old and reheated. their food is more expensive than kfc and the slushies are $4 for a large!!! and it is so small....

😠 The thin chips were not crispy but soggy and had no salt. The crumbed fish was thin and small in size.
