👍👍 I wasn't sure what to expect never having done martial arts before but the experience has been greater than I could've imagined. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming and the coaches really know their stuff and are constantly giving pointers on ways to improve.

👍👍 The staff at Rio are all great, Bjj training is top notch and the gym has a great atmosphere with a good mix of family orientated but also competitive style training if desired. Also the Gym is weirdly clean, and like my father always said "Ryan, a clean gym's a good gym"
