👍👍 All the instructors there are of such a high standard. Great depth of knowledge and guide each class with expertise and mindfulness. Soft lighting, soothing ambiance and calming aromas immediately put you at ease. It is a very tranquil space. Every class is always a joyous experience!

👍👍 Went on a 5days Freediving trip with Tania around Feb this year. Absolutely loved it. Tania is a great person to be with & she cooked the most amazing vegetarian food for all of us. Will join her future diving trip whenever I have time. Highly recommend!

👍👍 I have been going to Nest for over a year and I absolutely love every class. The teachers are always so lovely and cater to all levels. Can't recommend this studio enough!!

🫤 Some very good teachers, some arrogant and downright rude. They don’t advertise the room as heated to 32 deg supposed to be ‘warm’, I was told later, and the hot class is advertised at 38 deg, but I was told it was 42 deg. Also the room echos somewhat so music interferes with instructions- feedback...
