👍👍 First cup of coffee I had in Perth. And a great start to cafe hopping around the area. Splendid coffee. Ordered a large and it was so satisfying. Was gonna walk around the neighborhood while savoring it but ended up finishing it before I even walk pass one block as it was too good.

Breakfast, sandwiches & handmade cakes in a hip cafe with bookcases & black walls.

👍👍 Egg sando absolutely hit the spot, not sure what sauce it was but soo creamy, rich and good. The thick egg ‘patty’ was perfectly cooked too. 👍👍 The proprietoress is from Paris which is the reason why her eclairs maison and French omelette taste so good. Coffee and teas also excellent. Definitely worth the 4.8 rating

👍👍 A client of mine with an office nearby suggested we head to The Grind. I'm critical of my coffee and rarely purchase a coffee away from my regular though I'm glad I did so today. Polite staff, great atmosphere and amazing coffee. I'll be back!
