👍 Super interesting collection with related information displayed well but it feels a little bit tired and could do with a bit of a refresh and tidy up (high number of power boards and exposed cables running throughout). So much potential given the wide array of items they have amassed and the related...

Quobba Blow Holes
Tourist attraction
👍 Very impressive blow hole! My photos do not do it justice. Surrounding landscape is surreal (sand dunes, low shrubs, sparse and barren looking). The ocean is dazzling blue/turquoise and continually smashes against the weathered cliff edges. Some of the waves are gigantic and are scarily impressive....

👍👍 Loved staying here. But what makes this park the best is the staff. What a great team (Roland, Ramona, Thomas, Miriam, Vince, Jenny and Grace), always smiling, willing to help and constantly on the go trying make the park as clean and safe as it can be. And as any caravan park on the west coast ther...

👍👍 Stopped here on a long drive from Port Hedland to Perth and it was everything a weary traveller needs! There was a well stocked kitchenette, clean bathroom and lovely room. The couple who run the caravan park are so fantastic and lovely, they definitely go above and beyond for their guests. We were...

👍👍 It is a must if you are interested in culture. The staff are excellent very motivated to assist. We have visited many around Australia and this one compares with the best. 👍 A great place to visit for a walk. Lots of grass and palm trees give it a tropical feel. We tried fishing on one of the jettys but only got a few small ones.

Bumbak's
Farm
👍👍 A popular lovely local shop with diverse and abundant local products, like the famous smoothies, ice creams, jams, sauces, pickled fruits and veggies... Tried the smoothie and it was great, so thick and mangoie. The yard is cute and comfortable to sit in too. Worth a visit 😋

👍👍 It was one of the best caravan parks we have stayed at. The regulars who stay here every year were incredibly friendly and made our stay really enjoyable. It is a quiet spot not far from town. Amenities were clean, and there were plenty of washing machines and line space. The bakery plus had fresh b...

👍👍 We were fortunate to be in Carnarvon just before the Eclipse in April. The town was buzzing. The Saturday morning market outside the Tourist information centre was worth a visit. A reasonable variety of handcrafts, food and local items was great. We bought pies, homemade slices, coffee beans. G...

👍👍 After a small hiccup yesterday, Justin took us for a wonderful scenic flight around Carnarvon, including the fruit vegetable growing precinct, around town, over the coast and along the mangroves where we saw dugong, and sting rays. A terrific experience from a friendly and knowledgeable pilot. Hi...

😠 Very unprofessional and rude staff. We were snorkeling at the Aquarium during the day and on the way to a campground either Gnaraloo or Redbluff for the night. As it got darker we quickly parked on the road, contemplating whether we should continue straight on or turn around. The road is quite bum...

😐 Use to be amazing until half of it was washed away. Protected calm waters on the Fascine side. Deep channel good to fish for sharks. Use to take the dog for a paddle but got told off by rangers for having the dog on the beach as they aren't allowed there.

😐 We stayed 5 nights recently on a caravan site. It's the cheapest park for a reason. Don't expect flash amenities. On the positive side the staff were very accommodating and helpful, green grass on our site and some beautiful established shade trees.
