👍👍 Wonderful place with good quality of living. Administration solves problems really fast and takes care of it's residents. Community is nice and very friendly, it was easy to adapt here. Dorm is placed near Bahnhof so it's not hard to get to any part of the city. I do enjoy living here

😠 Worst building manager and the top management is not student friendly. They charge a hefty cleaning fee every month and still tried to deny the deposit. When threatened with legal consequences they returned the deposit. International students should stay away from this place.

😠 Service that this company provides is disgusting. They ignore absolutely all messages. They either provide a generic response or none. When they say that they will get back or try to solve it, it’s a lie. They refuse to fix problems in the room that affect quality of life. You can’t contact anybody.
