👍👍 Located on the outskirts of Vienna, just a Viennese address, with a view of the Vienna Woods, directly from the house into the hiking trails, top apartments with a good price/performance ratio, Spar supermarket, swimming pool... everything in the residential complex. It's wonderful to live here!

😠 Service that this company provides is disgusting. They ignore absolutely all messages. They either provide a generic response or none. When they say that they will get back or try to solve it, it’s a lie. They refuse to fix problems in the room that affect quality of life. You can’t contact anybody.

😠 AirBnB and all other short-term rentals are explicitly forbidden in the ownership contract of this residential high-rise building. Unfortunately, some owners are currently violating the contract and offering their apartments on AirBnB. I live here and experience firsthand how much trouble it causes....

😠 Once a symbol of the success and progress of the city of Vienna, today a run-down dwelling. The garbage cans are regularly searched by various people for usable items. The leftover waste is then placed next to the bins like many broken pieces of furniture. Just a shame!!!

😠 There are no traces of a Careé. It is the Concrete City, residential concrete castles for everyone who can still afford it or not.
Still relatively clean at the moment, but the question remains for how long. The next ghetto is coming.

🫤 Unfortunately a lot has changed in the Karl Seitz Hof, especially the residents "SORRY!!!"... I grew up there and think it's a shame that I only know 20% of the people there ^^.... the old ones are dying and the boys are moving and migrants are now mainly populating the yard and I'm really not a rac...
