👍👍 I have been to a couple souvenir shops in vienna and this is by far the best. It has the best prices and a the best selection with good quality! The owner is extremly friendly, helpful and really funny. If my family comes to visit me here in Vienna, I always recomend this shop.

😠 Hello! Was just there today. Not a pleasant experience. The behavior of the staff is quite rude, at least when they notice that you are not familiar with the products, and therefore a bit unsure. I don't understand why the owner doesn't motivate these women - positively or negatively. Do they work t...
