😠 They receive guests while works in progress with noize, a lot of dirty spaces and all the corridor covered with plastic film full of dust... my experience was Horrible 😞 The staff was nice. The room was clean but the dust from renewal works penetrates in any case, and I think a hotel can't be open...

👍👍 It was Ela Hotel, it was newly opened, everything was good, I agreed with this hotel.

😠 Do not book anything that says VIP apartments. They will show you photos of fake apartments in Baku and then take you to random run down buildings. The best thing to do is to call the police. The police will help you. Stay away from any apartment that's called VIP

👍👍 The service in this hotel is as if it was one of the Hilton's hotels. Mr Vasif and Ayxan are very proffesional, helpful and do a good job here. I would like to recommand this hotel to everyone.

👍👍 The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. It has very decent, spacious and clean rooms. If I come to Baku again, I can stay again.
