😠 Казалось бы, Национальный ЦЕНТР офтальмологии и 21-й век но ни сайта, никаких электронных услуг, и даже возможности написать. На фасад здания тратят куй его туча денег, не на ремонт здания а на фасад))) А могли бы выделять малую яастьиз этих огромных денег на просто чистоту и ни на фасад ни начего...
