👍👍 Probably the most intense CrossFit gym in Barbados. They do daily passes and memberships. Not for the ‘lazy gymers’ and bare in mind its a gym that in my opinion is more focused on lifting so good for bulking up. It’s been a while but I plan rejoin soon :)
