😠 The room was not clean. Much dust. But most off all, de bed linen was dirty. stains and blood. We could not reach de customer service and they did not provide clean sheets

👍 Really nice room, well located. Only problem is the main door is very stiff so have to give it a good hard push to open.

😠 What a horrible experience! We arrived just after 4pm, had to carry our suite cases up 2 flights of stairs as no lifts exists. We opened the door, it was STINKING of cigarette smoke, a non smoking rule is clearly stated! The water in the basin was just dripping out and the bedroom had no curtains....
