😠 Onlangs met lekke band elektrische fiets langsgeweest. Daar kregen we te horen de herstelling niet uit te voeren? Ik zat niet in hun klantenbestand,keken dit zelf niet na. Mijn fiets had ik gekocht in hun vorige winkel op de Baron ruzettelaan. Kunnen wij er niet aan doen toch? Hier konen we niet mee...

👍 Bij momenten kan het druk zijn in de winkel en is er soms weinig tijd om elke klant te woord te staan. Na een minder positieve ervaring werd ik opgebeld en kon alles uitgeklaard worden, dit geeft vertrouwen voor de toekomst en bewijst dat de nazorg ook dik in orde is.
