😠 I usually don't post negative report... but this time the quality of the dish was not good. The meat was of poor quality (a lot of fat and may be frozen). I would suggest to remove dish from the menu when the quality is too low. Someone should be responsible for the quality check of the food serv...

😠 Slowest fast food ever. Not a single time experience. It happens EVERY single time I went there. At any time of the day. Last time I had to wait 18 minutes between the time I ordered and the time I received my orders (two simple burgers)

😠 Poor service, employees are rude and they are not coach to be customer-oriented. If the chain wants to continue operating and not go bankrupt soon they need a much better customer service. Also many items are on display but are actually unavailable.

😐 Great movie theatre, accessible and a lot cheaper than anywhere else. A few negative points in last years - the movies in VO are less frequent than before and the hours reduced, and lately the temperature in the rooms is unbearably hot, the air conditioning switched off after the start of the film…...
