👍 Zeer vriendelijk snel antwoord en helpt je snel. Toch die ene persoon waar ik mee in contact sta namelijk Silke. ☺️ Komen ook hun afspraken na ze stellen een datum voor en ze staan er ook op die datum en het uur dat ze zeggen.

😠 Base Namur is the epitome of incompetence. I asked for 1 meeting with the manager to show him THEIR errors, He was refused asking me to go through their site which is pure horror, it recommends you in ENGLISH and we are in Belgium. Not recommended without hesitation. I am going to cancel our account...

😠 I was waiting all day or internet installation and nobody visited me 08:00-13:00, then I was told that somebody will install internet the same day about 18:00 and no one came. So unprofessional and lack of respect for clients time!

😠 Horrendous service, took 3 weeks to come install the wifi and when they came they said they couldn’t install and that they would come again another time. They set dates as they please, saying they’ll come in between 8 am and 6pm, essentially making you stay home all day. Don’t recommend them at all.

👍👍 Bons conseils de la part des employés, ils prennent bien le temps de répondre aux questions. Par contre beaucoup de monde à certains moments... Il faut être patient.
