👍👍 Hands down THE best GP I've ever had. My colocs go to a different doctor at the practice and say exactly the same thing. Words can't express what a difference it makes having a great doctor!!

👍👍 Dr Lennart de Jager is an excellent English speaking GP who helped me on many occasions and continues to help through regular consultations and also phone consultations which are easy to schedule through Doctena. It’s a conventional doctor so the prices for the visits are correct.

😠 Terrible service at the front desk, couldn't make my appointment. When my card didn't work in their reader at the moment of paying before the consultation, I ran to the nearest ATM to get cash (when I asked where it was, the response was "I don't know"). 😠 2 appointments including 1 with 30 mins late and for the 2nd I had to leave after 30 mins and still no answer....A SHOCK TEAM...and you see them all coming running By Motivation maybe...I don't know... and for the blood tests, people had been waiting for 1 hour and still nothing THE NURSE WAS BLOCK...

😠 Management is fine, Dr Hankard on the other hand is the complete opposite. Arrogant, disrespectful, and extremely judgemental.
