👍👍 Catia's yoga classes are the best I've been toǃ She's warm and welcoming, and the energy in the studio is incredibly friendly. She has a keen eye for adjustments to make your practice better and she's super helpful when it comes to accomodating for injuries

😠 The only fitness center that didn't have a squat rack. They literally don't have a single squat rack. They have one bench press station. All of their other equipment is in poor condition.
