Het menu bestond uit een potpourrie van hapjes en schotels, waarbij ik een glas ijskoude rode Oostenrijkse wijn kreeg. Toen ik een opmerking maakte omtrent de 'te koude' wijn, kreeg ik als antwoord dat 'zij de rode wijn altijd koud serveren'??
