👍👍 Wide range but incompetent staff. I visit regularly but usually don't need help, but the last time I did. In the end I left with a harness of which I had to guess whether it was right, because the staff knew just as little about it... Edit: I stopped by again and a new harness was immediately fitte...

😐 The cages they sell for hamsters are way too small and not suitable for them to live. Also there are mouse traps in the section for mice/hamster products which is not very suitable in my opinion as those traps are cruel and most mouse/hamster lovers who will shop here don't support this I think. Oth...

😠 The beta fish are extremely sick and suffering. Never trust a pet store that can't keep a beta healthy. It's not hard.

😠 6 koi fish bought ... 2 still alive ... within a week 2 dead ... 2 weeks later 2 ... and we had 2 in it ... water was perfect ... 🤔 To reply to the owner ... we have been back ... but they could not help it ... will have been our fault .. so well .... your answer says a lot .... 😠 Terrible service, there's this one saleswoman who is very unfriendly and even aggressive. Fortunately, there are other petshops in the area. I'll never return to this one.
