Worst rated Coffee Shops in Bulgaria

😠 Как може да съществува това ,,заведение”! Жалко,че е на толкова добра локация , храната беше УЖАСНА! МИЗЕРНО И ГНУСНО !

😠 Coffee good but staff very rude.

😠 Terrible service. After 15 minutes of waiting and asking THREE times to get served, we left. On top of that we went to the bar to try buy and carry our own drinks, but just got told off by the waitress. Not a place you should visit. They obviously do not want customers.

😠 Absolutely disappointed is the least I can say . Service is appalling by the people at front desk to a level of verbal abuse , lack of basic customer service skills and not giving information when asked . The busses are so run down , that is a miracle they still move, and the state inside is sicken...
