😠 This is the worst experience that I have had in a long time. This restaurant is in the middle of a red light district of Phnom Penh. I order a Beer, the Fried Red fish. What came out of the kitchen was a mixed match of ingredients on the plate. The fish which had been frozen, was still slightly raw....
