😠 非常差的服务。在官方微信上预约了时间，按时去的，被告知没有预约。前台态度非常差的说“下次不要用微信预约，要打电话”。那请问官方微信是假的吗？可以负一点责任吗？而且微信也没说需要打电话预约就confirm了我们的时间。所以错在我们吗？太不负责任了
