👍👍 This is one of my Atacama highlights. You can see beautiful rocks in all colors. Some mountains are red, blue, green and white.
We had no 4 wheel drive, but made it over the small river. It’s possible to do it with a rental car.
There are not many tourists, which is also a plus. We saw not one gui...

👍👍 One of the most special places on Earth. An amazing church made of clay, big trees that you couldn't imagine would grow in desert soil and a place where you meet travellers from all over the world that can turn into your best friends. Pure magic.

👍👍 Unfortunately we were too late to see the geysers in their full glory. The staff was really super nice and gave us good advice. Unfortunately the thermal baths were closed.
Tip: It's best to get up early and go there. The best time there is at 6am.

👍👍 We found this place on the second to last day of our visit to San Pedro de Atacama in October 2022. I wished we had found it sooner. They had the best baguette I've ever had. Unfortunately, my mouth and stomach attacked the baguette and sandwiches before I was able to take a picture. But at least I...

👍👍 Best empanadas in San Pedro! Vegan and vegetarian options. Pastries and cakes are great. Can’t go wrong with the fruit juices or coffee. There are seats inside in the back and everyone is super friendly.

👍👍 Best value for money in San Pedro! I ordered the daily menu and it was the best choice. For 6500 I received a soup with beef (sooo delicious), a fish with salad (very fresh and well seasoned) and a desert (super creamy). The freshly pressed Kiwi juice was just natural and not sweetened (as I asked...
