👍👍 I train here and it's not just a gym but a family with all nations! Awesome space, no doubt the biggest bjj gym in HK. They have at least ten instructors from different levels coaching the classes everyday.

😠 Not welcoming at all. The BJJ 'coach' (Not Quinton) got offended and took it to himself, asked me to spar against him in my first ever lesson and tried to injure me. I had to walk out. Stay away

👍👍 I went to multiple weightlifting classes here. The coaches here know the specific movement patterns very well, thus spotting mistakes and giving good recommendations very quickly. They offer extra help despite it not necessarily being the content related to the classes themselves. Highly recommend.
