😠 Charge you 6 months after you’ve cancelled your membership and then don’t answer calls when you question them. They will also block you from the club if you use it too much. Rubbish gym. Rubbish management. Be careful before you sign up, they are dodgy.

😠 To reply to your post, I have a had a negative experience at your gym because I was not refunded my membership fee for a month that I was not in Hong Kong. You still chose to charge me even though I informed you 15 days beforehand.
