👍 Excellent brands and prices, of course, never pay on credit, because the comment would be different, otherwise, the place is great. I would recommend improving customer service and not letting them wait too long... self-service is a bad letter of introduction.

😠 Mi esposa compró un Apple Watch pero lo tenían que traer de Alajuela a la tienda de Lincoln plaza. Eso fue a las 6 pm y a las 8 pm llegamos a la tienda por que ni siquiera una llamada para indicarnos si ya había llegado el reloj. Cuando la “gerente” de la tienda indica que hay una ruta de glovo cerr...

😠 Llamo para preguntar por un cable específico, me dicen que lo tienen. Me voy en medio de un aguacero, llego a la tienda y no lo tienen, que no les ha llegado en un tiempo. ¿Adivine quién no va a volver a esta tienda?

😠 The man I spoke with was rude, arrogant and had zero idea on what customer service is. The owner never had the decency of guts to speak with me personally. I was always told he would call me back, but he never did... I bought a Mabe washer/dryer from Grupo Villa Outlet. Their communication was good...
