😠 Never had such a bad experience on a tour. The Prague Bus tours is a far far better customer experienced and with sufficient bus frequency to handle the flow of customers. Reimbursement was reclaimed on the following day at the head offices. File is closed.

😠 Včerejší chování paní na pobočce šílené. Tak arogantní osobu jsem ještě neviděla. Na to, že člověk je klientem a mluví se s ním jako s dobytkem jinde není. Sdělit někomu, že pusa mu jede o sto šest jsem nezažila a to nezmiňuji další věci. Ještě, že jsem tam měla svědka.
