😠 About a month ago I started Saunia account and topped up some credit which should have given me free entrance. Twice I was unable to use my account to pay for entrance or use the free entrance. Customer service is awful.

👍👍 amazing experience! the facility is quite nice and very clean. bar to get juice or drinks if you wish. great saunas and whirlpool. the staff is very pleasant. sadly i didn’t get to try a massage. as a tourist it was very affordable - around 500 czk for 3 hours happy hour spa + 2 beers.
