👍👍 Wow, absolutně nejlepší zážitek při nákupu bot přímo ve výrobě ve Slavičíně. Jančaříkovi i ostatní v dílně jsou super a dělají to s láskou. Boty neskutečně padnou na nohu a nedá se to srovnat s jakou koliv masovou výrobou. Děkuji a slibuji, že se vrátím pro další boty.

😠 S obchodem řeším již 4 měsice reklamaci, naprosto neúspěšně. Obchod vůbec nekomunikuje. Zboží jsem nakonec po tel. domluvě odeslala k reklamaci před více než měsícem a půl a dodnes se mi nikdo neozval. 2 týdny se tam snažím dovolat, ale telefon nikdo nebere. Obchod rozhodně nedoporučuji!!

😠 Už tam nevkročím. Před svátky jsem se tam cítila jak nezvaný host. U pokladny jsem čekala, až si to prodavačky dopoví. Žoviální konverzace před zákazníkem je asi běžná praxe v této prodejně.
