😠 Včerejší chování paní na pobočce šílené. Tak arogantní osobu jsem ještě neviděla. Na to, že člověk je klientem a mluví se s ním jako s dobytkem jinde není. Sdělit někomu, že pusa mu jede o sto šest jsem nezažila a to nezmiňuji další věci. Ještě, že jsem tam měla svědka.

😠 V pondělí 15.4.2019 jsem byl vložit peníze na účet této banky. Plno klientů, fungující jediná pokladna, nicméně za kruhem jak to teď udělali 4 nudící se úřednice, které řešili své vaření apodobně. Dnes jsem pochopil proč se mohou tak beztarostně bavit při výběru ze zahraničního účtu 14 000 mne okra...
