👍👍 This place allows you to learn Ecuadorian history well. We had a good guide which locked us in a prison replica and verified that we were listening to her previous explanations by asking us history questions to release us.

👍 In stark contrast. The Plaza San Francisco is an impressive square that with its monotonous appearance stands in stark contrast to the Plaza de la Independencia. 👍 Grand and beautiful church, constructed in the 17th - 18th century. The interior was impressive, with intricate carving on the door frame. Detailed elaborate painting on the domed ceiling. Was lucky to complete the visit just before the church closed for service
