The chef combines different techniques in making the dough, learnt, as he explained to me, when working in different cities in southern Italy. The result is simply outstanding. 😐 The atmosphere inside was nice and the terrace outside was very calm. The service was also fast and the cashier was friendly. However, we didn't like the Margherita, it had minimal tomato and the oil didn't taste good. The bigger size portion was quite a lot, though. I hope other pizzas are better.
