😐 TOPS is a hop bar in the fancy Kalamaja hood. Basic kitchen, some drinks, sometimes DJing and party. However, the staff is too hip to be really motivated and there is (already) a connection of those people to Germany's leftist extremist scene. So beware of unfriendly people
