😠 Horrible customer experience. We asked help from one of the workers there (it was an older lady), and she was extremely rude and snappy. So when you need help or advice, then highly recommend to visit Bauhaus or some other similar stores.

🫤 Go to Bauhaus instead, you pay a little more but get nice service and it is actually possible to find the things you need from the shelves. In K-rauta you are directed from one shop assistant to another most of who cannot even be found. Online ordering was also a terrible experience.
