😠 This public health care is a joke and a very bad one at that. Waiting time on the phone one day 40 minutes. On the second day, an hour and then the call was disconnected. You don't get any kind of compensation for tax payment.

😠 Really slow service. Submitted a call request on Monday during the day and on Wednesday at 21:00 we are still waiting for a call. On the spot, one hatch is open, it's moving really slowly. Phone service booked.
