😐 Used to be great. Nowadays you never know what you get. Some days it's still great, but on other occasions completely subpar. On bad days the staff don't seem to care too much about the quality and don't really care about complaint either.

😠 The person who was preparing for the food forgot our order.
It took 25 minutes for two portions of french fries, and the food only came after we went to ask about it. They ran out of potatoes but did not inform us when we ordered, so they offered sweet potatoes instead.
