😠 THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! The driver never call us or ring the bell. What they do was sending text messages and said" sorry, we were not able to deliver your package because there was no one at home." However, we stay at home whole day waiting for the delivery! What a service!! AMAZINGLY WORST!!!!

😠 Once again UPS disappoints. Package was due to be delivered by the end of the day. After 8 hours of waiting and refreshing the delivery information - ”Customer was not at home”. I have been at home and tested the door bell. 1/10 once again. What a shame for the courier industry.
