Best places: Ice cream shops in Koeln, Germany

👍👍 I've been going here for as long as I can remember. After 15 years of not being in Cologne, I went back here yesterday and what can I say. Not much has changed. I immediately felt comfortable. As always, the food tasted delicious and the portions didn't get any smaller. The food came quickly.

😠 Für meinen Geschmack kein gutes Eis. Ich hatte Amarena, Pistazie und Nougat. Vor allem Pistazie schmeckte nach nichts. Zudem keine cremige Konsistenz und lauter gefrorene Wasserstücke im Eis. Schade.

😠 We’ve ordered margherita and diavolo and that had nothing in common with Italian pizza. Its were oversalted and untasty. In diavolo pizza was a long hair inside. Don’t recommend the place.

👍👍 Today we visited the Ice Cream Cafe run by our dear old friend in Cologne. Everything was very natural and wonderful. We ate ice cream and the ladies ate Waffen, all were delicious. Everyone was very pleased with their situation. It was a friendly welcome and farewell. Thank you for everything.

😠 Very poor customer service!!! Instead of treating customers with respect, the staff appeared to be tired and overwhelmed. They asked (=interrogated) customers about a customized ice cream. The cookies did not seem to be fresh. For all future customers, please reconsider the purpose of your visit!!!

👍 Kann man echt machen, halt kein Hipster Eis, sondern einfach grundsolide. Der Verkäufer ist cool, macht nicht einen auf aufgesetzt freundlich sondern erledigt stabil seinen Job.

👍👍 Delicious ice cream and prices are ok. Selection of ice cream flavors with the most important classics. Service was also very friendly. Of course the view of the stop isn't the best, but it's the best for the location :)
